I am applying for my Captain's License Packet by the USCG. After looking for several weeks and calling different training organizations, STARR provided me with what I needed. STARR and its Instructors provided me with the approved USCG First Aid / CPR training that I needed at a cost that was extremely affordable. I would recommend STARR to any boat Captain needing recertification of their First Aid / CPR.
